As head of digital learning strategy and transformation at Philips, Tony Strows is responsible for innovating learning and talent development, evolving it into a scalable, agile, digital business system.
Prior to this role, he spent almost 20 years in consulting, allowing him to collaborate with a diversity of organizations and people. For almost 15 years he traveled extensively, sharing his experience in technology, business and people development, helping global organizations develop critical capabilities.
Like many others over this past year, he continues to explore the future of work. While he does not yet know exactly what this is, he does know that it is transforming employee expectations and reshaping the employee experience.
